2018 Cabernet Franc is medium bodied with a good acid backbone and fine textured tannin. The finish lingers firmly on the mid palate. This wine is a bit youthful but opens nicely to aromas of logan berry, spearmint and hazel nut. Approachable now and will continue to mature and develop complexity overtime 5-7 years. Pairs well with roast pork, Stuffed peppers or grilled Tuna.
