This 2019 Cabernet Franc is medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel and fine textured tannin. This wine opens nicely to aromas of cassis, fennel and bell pepper. Approachable now and will continue to mature and develop complexity overtime 3-5 years. Pairs well with roast pork, stuffed peppers, thin style pizza.
