The 2019 Saudade Bordeaux Blend ( 55%Cabernet Sauvignon, 36% Malbec, 5% Merlot, 4% Petit Verdot) that drinks well now but will gain complexity over time. Medium bodied with a nice backbone to frame out the mid-palate tannin structure. On the nose is Dark Cherry followed with subtle notes of Tobacco and Molasses. If you like fine young wine drink it now, but be sure to put some away so that you get the full array of flavors that aging brings. Should peak in or around 2028. Paired best with Lamb Kebabs, Chicken Paella and Game.
