Here, we are excited to be releasing our 2020 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon. Young and vibrant with firm slightly grippy tannin that lingers firmly on the mid-palette with a dry finish. Mountain fruit with Black Currant and Bramble on the nose with hint of vanilla and herbs. Great with BBQ but exceptional with Duck Breast, Lamb Chops or Venison.
